Welcome to Itqan Construction and fine finishing website. At Itqan we believe that perfection comes from taking in mind every aspect even if it seems too small or unimportant. Accordingly, our staff and I pursue every little element lying among the scope of each and every project aiming to transfer dreams into reality.

Itqan believes that learning is a non-stop process. That’s why, we are devoted to exploring new worldwide trends and applying what we learned in our projects in Egypt taking into consideration client’s needs and following budgets and timelines, by this we have gained the respect and trust of numerous customers that we treasure and honor.

We keep a close eye on our partners and aim to refresh our vendor lists on a continuous basis and target to satisfy our clients through offering exactly what they expect from Itqan and seeking to expand our pleased customers. We are delighted of what we have accomplished so far and seek to improve our services.

Founded in 1994, Itqan Construction and Fine Finishing has grown to a full-fledged fine finishing provider offering customers' needs from designing 3D visualization drawings to turn key projects. Our scope of work has met the requirements of our corporate and homeowners' customers and the journey doesn’t have an end line.

We don’t aim to become the market leader…. We aim to put a smile on everyone dealing with Itqan; we are obligated to deal with the top suppliers operating in the market and always seek to update our vendors.
